See you soon

Monday's Retreat day's: SACRED HAVEN

Every Monday, Pop up Paradise camping will become a Sacred Haven, hosting a full day of holistic classes, offering you the chance to recalibrate, find balance and come home to yourself.
The day will focus on establishing a deeper connection between body and mind.  An opportunity to listen to the intuitive, loving and peaceful voice within.
Throughout these weekly retreats, you will be supported in your exploration of your body with both the teaching from myself (Rebekah of Shanti Shala) and Tone (Gong Bath Meditation), surrounded by the stunning scenery of Chew Valley lake with a delicious and nourishing vegan lunch included from our very own on site restaurant, CHEW.
These weekly retreats are open to everyone with any level of experience. Expect less alignment and less rigidity in asana, and an opportunity to explore unusual movements encouraging you to take yourself on a journey and experience a more enhanced way to move or to be still in your body.
11.00-12.30  Embodied Flow Class
A flowing movement class, which creates harmony between strengthening and stretching the physical body, as well as balancing the subtle body and nourishing the nervous system.
13.00 – 14.30 LUNCH @CHEW restaurant
A delicious light vegan lunch served in our on site restaurant overlooking Chew Valley Lake.
Choose from:
Malaysain Laksa: Fragrant Coconut Broth / Rice Noodles / Pok Choi / Sugar Snap Peas / Crispy Tofu
Quinoa / Summer Roasted Vegetables / Harissa Marinade / Kalamata Olives / Roasted Almonds
With complimentary sparkling water and herbal tea.

15.00 – 16.30 Restorative Yoga

Restorative yoga enables deep relaxation while holding poses for longer periods of time with the help of props to completely support the body.

The main focus of Restorative Yoga is that by relaxing in poses, with the aid of props and without strain, we can achieve physical, mental and emotional relaxation. Our parasympathetic nervous system is stimulated when we relax into poses, which promotes a relaxation response and reduces stress in our bodies. The parasympathetic nervous system is responsible for slowing your heart rate and breath and increasing blood flow to your vital organs, among other things, which makes this an excellent complimentary class to our physical morning class, and is incredibly nourishing and healing for the body.

16.30 – 17.00 Tea and raw sugar free cake break.

17.00 – 17.30 Slow Moon Flow

A simple flow, a chance to wriggle, stretch and twerk the body before our beautiful meditation.

18.00 – 19.30 A Gong Sound Journey with Tone

A time and space to balance Mind Body and Spirit.

The complex matrix of sounds in a Gong Sound Journey creates a sacred space in which meditation, relaxation, self-healing, spiritual exploration and altered states of being are all possible.

It’s a time for you.

It’s a time to focus on the power of positive personal intent and to let yourself find your balance.
