General Booking Information Booking Form:
Booking forms are completed via the online booking system which can be found on our website or if you’d prefer to make a booking over the phone we will complete the form for you and send you a confirmation email afterwards.
The booking confirmation will be sent via email. Please contact us if you do not receive this or check your spam folder. Please read through the Booking Confirmation carefully and notify us of any errors immediately so we can rectify them. You must be over 18 year of age to make a booking. We will do our best to accommodate last minute changes to bookings but please understand that this may not always be possible if the campsite is fully booked. Contact us with any questions.
A booking is only confirmed once we receive payment in full. Failure to complete the payment process within 24 hours means your booking may be voided or rejected. Please contact us if you have issues with the payment system and we can check whether it has been successful or not. We cannot reserve bookings or pitches without payment.
The tent pitches and glamping accommodation are let for holiday use only and are limited to the time specified.
If you wish to extend your stay whilst on site, please visit Reception to discuss. We are likely to be very busy so while we will do our best to accommodate extensions of holidays, we may not be able to at all times. We reserve the right to decline an extension of pitch rental or glamping accommodation rental at our discretion.
Cancellation or Changes by You:
It is essential that you let us know immediately if you need to cancel your booking. Please phone us as soon as possible and then confirm in writing by email within 24 hours. If you cancel your booking the following applies:
- If you cancel more than 7 days before your arrival date, you will lose 50% of the total booking amount. The remainder of any of your other payments made will be refunded less bank fees.
- If you cancel less than 7 days before your arrival date you will lose your full payment.
- If you have not arrived by noon on the day following the booking start date we will treat your booking as having been cancelled by you and you will not be entitled to any refund. You will forfeit your pitch and if you arrive after this point you are not guaranteed a booking. It is our right and at our discretion to refuse entry to the campsite if we are fully booked or unable to accommodate you at short notice when you have arrived late, cancelled or made changes to your booking without prior confirmation.
Cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances:
We are not liable for refunds or expenses you incur in the event we are prevented from fulfilling your booking as a result of circumstances beyond our control. Such circumstances shall include (but not be limited to) war, terrorism, riots or civil unrest, industrial action, flooding, natural disaster, epidemics, notifiable diseases, health risks or such similar events (“Force Majeure”). We strongly recommend that you have adequate holiday insurance in place to cover this.
Cancellations of individual bookings making up part of a larger booking are subject to any additional specific terms and conditions agreed for the group booking.
Cancellation or Changes by Us:
Once we have issued you with a confirmation, we will do our best not to make any changes or cancel your booking. However please note that sometimes changes do occur before or after bookings have been confirmed, and very occasionally confirmed bookings have to be changed or cancelled. We promise to do all we can to avoid changes and cancellations but must reserve the right to do so.
This policy overrides our standard terms and conditions for bookings in 2020.
As a responsible family campsite, the safety of our guests and team members is naturally something we take very seriously. We are keeping a close eye on the developments associated with the spread of Coronavirus (Covid-19) in the regular announcements by the government. We will contact all guests at the first instance if the circumstances change at all regarding campsites being allowed to open. Currently the green light has been lit so we will be open from 4th August 2020.
If your booking involves groups of families and friends, it is paramount that these groups observe the Government guidance on social distancing at the time of their stay. Hesitancy to observe social distancing rules will not be considered sufficient reason to trigger our credit or refund policy for new bookings. We will be observing social distancing on site and have measures in place for this. If you have a change of heart, or are concerned about social distancing effectiveness on site, we are not able to refund for this. We will be operating within the boundaries as stated by the government at any given time during the camp site opening period and as such, we cannot refund people based on their personal preferences. Please contact us with any social distancing queries and we will be happy to discuss or demonstrate the measures in place to reassure you and your family. We expect all of our visitors to follow strict hand washing, distancing and hygiene measures for the duration of their stay.
We recommend insurance to cover cancellation, loss, damage or injury. As a small business we are not able to act as your insurers and rearrange your stay due to your changes in personal circumstances.
Dogs are allowed on site but must be kept on a lead at all times during the stay. Failure to keep dogs under control or if dogs are left unattended for long periods of time causing them to be distressed could result in campsite ejection. Please ensure you clean up after your dog and ensure that they are not left in cars, campervans or caravans for extended periods of time without water and fresh air.

Pop Up Paradise will be a relaxed and laid back campsite and we ask that everyone observes this during their stay. All electronic music, percussion instruments of any kind and sound systems (other than small speakers like a Mini Rig) are banned. We do allow you to play music in your pitch but loud music or noises does not fit into the vibe of peace and tranquility that we are aiming to create.
